2. Fertile Eggs – Assumption of Risk
When purchasing fertile eggs from Quamby Hollows, you acknowledge and accept that hatching outcomes are inherently unpredictable. We cannot and do not guarantee hatch success.
Factors outside our control, such as postal handling, incubation method, equipment calibration, cleanliness, and user expertise, significantly influence the viability of fertile eggs. Viability and fertility are not synonymous with guaranteed hatch success.
While we commit to sending fresh, fertilised eggs with careful packaging, we accept no liability for hatch rates, which may vary widely (0% to 100%).
We strongly advise prospective buyers to fully understand these risks prior to purchase. Do not proceed with an order unless you are willing to accept this inherent uncertainty

Fair Use Warning
We reserve the right to decline assistance or replacement if necessary documentation is not supplied. Unfortunately, some individuals have attempted to claim falsely. This policy is designed to protect honest customers and maintain fairness.
